Following the successful installation project from our in-house design team, KeyIS Maintenance were awarded the contract with Fischer Farms, to ensure the assets remained compliant in line with the warranty and defects liability period and the ongoing statutory maintenance thereafter.

Manor Hall Academy Trust

The Manor Hall Academy Trust required a delivery partner who could accommodate their growth throughout the duration of the contract. Their buildings and health and safety are of the utmost importance and ensuring they are compliant is at the forefront of their strategy and day to day operations.

Citizen Housing Group Ltd

The primary objective of the project was to secure a maintenance provider for Citizen Housing Group’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across multiple offices in the West Midlands region.

Starkey Laboratories

After a rigorous tender process, KeyIS secured the contract to deliver scheduled and on-demand maintenance services for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for Starkey Laboratories.

They take care of every aspect of their business, from fruit sourcing to production, allowing them to provide consistently high-quality prepared fruit products all year round to major supermarkets and suppliers across the UK.

Cottom Foods, based in Liverpool, is a family business which has been manufacturing high quality, great tasting sausage and black pudding to the same recipe since the business was founded nearly 20 years ago.

Walker Morris

Walker Morris is a UK law firm based in the heart of Leeds business district with their new purpose-built HQ. They required a maintenance company who not only could provide the majority of maintenance services in-house, removing the need for multiple service providers, but also a trusted and flexible service provider to meet their dynamic business needs.

Sevendale House, Manchester

Sevendale House is a substantial Grade II Listed building comprising 120,000 sq ft, made up of office and retail accommodation. KeyIS make sure the high standards of the building are maintained through our 24/7/365 hard services building maintenance contract, ensuring there is no impact on the day-to-day activities of the varying building users.

One & Two Express, Manchester

KeyIS has been awarded the contract by PJD Property to maintain the Hard FM Maintenance services to One Express and Two Express Manchester, a Grade II listed building that was designed by engineer Sir Owen Williams.

The Ardonagh Group

The Ardonagh Group is the UK’s largest independent insurance broker with global reach. With over 100 different suppliers across their estate, their objective was to move these services to a single maintenance provider who was culturally aligned to their vision and values.

Mills & Reeve

Mills & Reeve is a British law firm head-quartered in London. As part of their key objectives they were looking for a local maintenance company who could provide speed of response to emergency call-outs whilst also being able to self deliver the scope of services in-house.

Johnson Matthey

Johnson Matthey were looking to appoint a maintenance service provider with a proven track record in maintaining assets within a cleanroom/laboratory environment. They also wanted a service provider that could support them with a project design, installation and commissioning capability.

Prospere Learning Trust

Prospere Learning Trust (PLT) are a high performing, unique and innovative Trust comprising of four mainstream high schools and four special schools with children aged 11-18 including coeducational secondary school and sixth form with academy status. The 9 schools are located throughout South Manchester. PLT required a service partner that could align themselves with the Trust’s vision to provide the optimum environmental conditions which are conducive to the student’s learning and educational journey.
