Mills & Reeve and their FM management company FISco were experiencing on-going service issues with their current service provider and were looking to move 3 of their offices (Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham) to a new maintenance company.
As part of their key objectives they were looking for a local maintenance company who could provide speed of response to emergency call-outs whilst also being able to self deliver the scope of services in-house.
KeyIS were successfully awarded a three-year contract in 2021, as we were able to clearly demonstrate our ability to self-deliver over 90% of the services with our in-house maintenance teams.The planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services we provide include:

• Minor building fabric maintenance

To manage the seasonable peaks and troughs and to minimise disruption to the staff and visitors, KeyIS have developed a bespoke flexible maintenance strategy which allows us to constantly adjust the maintenance activities to be carried out, to minimise disruption across the offices.
