Client Profile
The Staffordshire County Council property portfolio covers circa 200 buildings including public office buildings, schools, fire stations, libraries, and council headquarters including the magnificent 1895 Grade II listed County Council building set in the heart of Stafford.
Under this framework contract we also maintain individual academies which sit both inside the Staffordshire Authority and across neighbouring counties including Derbyshire, Cheshire and Lancashire.
Contract Overview
Through a competitive tender process, KeyIS were successfully awarded both the planned preventative and the responsive maintenance of Air Conditioning & Ventilation equipment, including but not limited to Air Conditioning, Air Handling Units, Heat Recovery Systems and Extract Systems and all associated ducting and dampers. There is also a requirement to carry out TM44 Energy Surveys at sites which have air conditioning and ventilation systems exceeding 12kW of cooling.

- Air conditioning maintenance
- Chiller maintenance

- Supply and extract systems

- Minor project works
We work in concert with Staffordshire County Council to deliver a bespoke maintenance programme which provides a flexible approach to the planned maintenance, for example, working around the curriculum for the schools to ensure teachers and students are not disrupted when carrying out our planned maintenance activities.
A dedicated team of mobile engineers ensure site familiarity and a proactive working relationship with Staffordshire County Council representatives and their stakeholders.
