Client Profile
The estate, which comprises some 60 sites of varying sizes from small outlets to large central offices will be provided with a full suite of mechanical, electrical & building fabric support with a 4 hour response time and 24 hour call out facility.
Contract Overview
The client had over 100 different suppliers across their estate and their objective was to move these services to a single maintenance provider who was culturally aligned to their vision and values.
The planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services we provide include:

• Minor Building fabric maintenance

The contract was awarded to KeyIS as we were able to successfully bring over 90% of the services in-house. This includes a guaranteed response time to all of our emergency call-outs, thereby ensuring speed of response.
