Manish Dev

With 20+ years in corporate finance and business operations, Manish drives the group’s financial strategy. A Fellow Chartered Accountant, he enhances business performance through funding, process improvement, and collaboration with leadership teams.

Ian McDowell

Drawing on 30+ years of global CapEx project experience, Ian manages the group as Managing Director. He is a trusted partner for leading manufacturing clients and has held senior roles in specialist M&E contracting businesses.

Garry Williamson

Garry brings 21 years of industry experience, progressing from apprentice to division leader. He oversees projects from small works to large capital programmes, expanding a skilled team across multiple sectors.

Saul Beresford

Leading the Kings Lynn office, Saul focuses on the food & beverage sector, building a strong client base and team. A time-served electrician, he combines hands-on expertise with strategic oversight to deliver projects from consultation to completion.

Paul O'Brien

Responsible for the service and maintenance division, Paul ensures HVAC compliance 24/7/365 across client sites nationwide. He has built and led high-performing technical teams, maintaining some of the group’s longest-standing client relationships.

Andrew Aubrey

As Director of the Defence Division, Andrew leads delivery across secure and regulated defence environments. He brings extensive senior leadership experience from organisations including Amey and Equans, supporting high-assurance projects with a strong focus on operational delivery and client confidence.

Laurence Coatsworth

Directing operations at TaskEnergy, Laurence has 25+ years in social housing gas maintenance. He leads the installation, servicing, and maintenance of gas appliances, delivering efficient, client-focused solutions while adopting new technology.

Matthew Cornwell

Matthew manages a large portfolio of projects and builds trusted client relationships. Progressing through the ranks at KeyIS, he understands operational needs at every level, ensuring reliable delivery and client satisfaction.

Mark Fairhurst

Overseeing the pre-construction team, Mark directs business development, estimating, design, and procurement. With 25+ years in M&E, including 11 years as Managing Director of a respected HVAC company, he delivers value-engineered solutions while managing project risk.

Paul Hankey

Driving operational alignment, Paul ensures health & safety, quality, and environmental standards are met across the group. His expertise supports the board and delivery of large, complex projects.

James O'Hare

Managing the FM, Service & Compliance division, James has 30+ years’ experience in multi-site facilities management and M&E projects. He oversees a portfolio of large FM clients, delivering a broad range of project and compliance services.

Gavin Price

Leading the HV division at KeyIS, Gavin brings 20+ years experience across the electrical and utility industries. He manages complex high voltage projects, driving operational excellence, innovation, and strong client relationships.

Gareth Whyte

Energy Services Director at TaskEnergy, Gareth brings 20+ years in building services, including 15 in renewable energy. He delivers turnkey energy projects from concept to long-term operation, helping clients implement sustainable, efficient solutions while driving decarbonisation.
