One & Two Express, Manchester
The One Express Building located on George Leigh Street, Manchester is a Grade II listed building that was designed by engineer Sir Owen Williams. It was built in 1939 to house one of three Daily Express offices.
The pre-World War II building is notable for its timeless, “space-age”quality and is often mistaken for being much younger than it is due to its futuristic avant garde appearance. The building was purchased in November 2017 by the PJD Group to provide modern workspace incorporating smart technology.
Two Express, is the sister building to One Express and was also purchased in November 2017 by PJD Group. It has also been refurbished to Grade A standard.
KeyIS were been awarded the contract by PJD Property to maintain the Hard FM Maintenance services to One Express, and Two Express Manchester.

The buildings are very iconic landmarks in the City and it is our job to make sure the high standards of the buildings are maintained through our 24/7/365 hard services maintenance contract, ensuring there is no impact on the day-to-day activities of the varying building users.
We have designed a solution to carry out the maintenance activities outside of peak occupancy times. Our proactive engineers have a pre-determined amount of time during each visit to walk the floors looking for potential faults and fixing them before they become a costly call-out for the client and an inconvenience for the building users.
