KeyIS were awarded the contract to provide planned and reactive maintenance across Shoosmiths’ Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield offices via facilities management agent FISco (UK) Limited. These high-end office buildings require a professional and courteous approach to ensure staff and clients are working in an environment with ambient temperatures and that all lighting is working correctly to enhance the environment.
KeyIS undertake monthly compliance checks on both the water and lighting systems to ensure health and safety regulations are complied with.
