LV Assemblies
We offer a a comprehensive range of Low Voltage (LV) Assemblies, including LV Switchboards, Motor Control Centres, Floor Standing and Wall mounted Control Panels. All LV Assemblies can be provided independently or packaged with other disciplines within our services portfolio to meet clients’ needs. Our experienced electrical engineering and manufacturing specialists have extensive experience across a range of market sectors. Our Control & Automation division also works closely with their electrical engineering and mechanical division colleagues to deliver a full MEICA services that can be customised to suit a client’s specific needs.
All our LV Assemblies are designed, manufactured and verified in full compliance with BS EN 61439 2, including routine verification and applicable type testing to ensure conformity with the standard’s constructional, performance, and safety requirements. Manufacture is carried out at our dedicated facility in King’s Lynn by experienced assembly and test engineers, providing full traceability, quality control, and documented compliance.

As a vendor neutral system integrator, we are able to select and integrate equipment from leading manufacturers including ABB, Allen Bradley (Rockwell Automation), Schneider Electric, Siemens, and Socomec. This approach allows us to develop fully bespoke LV assemblies optimised for the client’s electrical, operational and lifecycle requirements, while maintaining full standards compliance and system interoperability.
Our Services and Products include:
LV Switchboards
Our bespoke LV Switchboards provide high capacity solutions rated up to 6300A, ASTA certified, with short circuit withstand capabilities of up to 100kA for 1 second. The assemblies can be configured with either fixed or withdrawable ACBs, MCCBs and fuse switches, and can incorporate integrated harmonic mitigation and Power Factor Correction systems to enhance power quality, optimise energy performance, and improve overall system efficiency.
Our LV Switchboards can be engineered to provide a secure, reliable, and uninterrupted power supply through the integration of automatic changeover schemes and coordinated protection systems. Load shedding between essential and non essential supplies can be implemented using bus section/bus coupler arrangements and motorised circuit breakers, ensuring continuity of service and controlled system resilience under fault or abnormal operating conditions.
Motor Control Centres
We offer a comprehensive range of LV Motor Control Centres (MCCs), including conventional and intelligent MCCs up to Form 4, as well as wardrobe style system panels in Form 1 and Form 2 configurations. Our portfolio ranges from large, fault rated MCCs up to 3200A, 80kA for 1 second, IP54, designed for demanding industrial process applications, through to smaller, non fault rated assemblies suitable for roadside pumping stations and remote monitoring installations. All MCCs are bespoke in design and configured to suit a wide range of motor starting and control requirements, including fixed speed Direct On Line (DOL), Star Delta, Soft Starters and intelligent starters, as well as Variable Speed Drives ranging from standard 6 pulse to ultra low harmonic drive solutions, tailored to meet specific site and operational requirements.
Control Panels
Our range of Control Panels can be supplied in either floor standing or wall mounted configurations and are designed for installation in both indoor and outdoor environments. Each panel is compact, robustly constructed, and engineered to suit the specific operational and environmental requirements of the application. Our solutions support a wide variety of control, automation, and monitoring functions across multiple sectors and can be fully customised in layout, component selection, enclosure rating, and communications to meet project specific needs and applicable standards.
