Key Integrated Services appoints Adeel Aslam as COO to drive growth, introduce new services, and strengthen delivery across key engineering sectors.
Key Integrated Services (KEYIS) has appointed Adeel Aslam as Chief Operating Officer (COO), strengthening its leadership team as the business enters a new phase of growth.
Adeel joins KEYIS from Bouygues Energies & Services, where he held the role of Deputy Managing Director. His appointment supports KEYIS’s ambition to scale its operations, expand its service offering, and deepen partnerships with customers across high-growth and strategically important sectors.
Supporting growth across key sectors
As COO, Adeel will play a central role in evolving the KEYIS offering across sectors including advanced manufacturing, clean energy, food & beverage, and health & life sciences. A major focus of his role will be the introduction of new services such as decarbonisation and process engineering, helping customers respond to increasingly complex technical, operational, and sustainability challenges.
Alongside service development, Adeel will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen operational performance, corporate governance, people development, and sustainability across the organisation.
Mark Poulton, CEO of Key Integrated Services, said:
“KEYIS has reached a point where we are ready to take the next step in terms of scale and the level of support we provide to our customers. Adeel brings a clear, customer-focused perspective and a strong track record in building best-in-class systems, processes, and services. His experience will be instrumental as we continue to grow.”
Proven leadership and industry experience
Adeel began his career at Bouygues Energies & Services as a graduate in 2007, progressing through the organisation to Deputy Managing Director. In his most recent role, he led the delivery of specialist consulting, engineering, and business strategy services to industries of critical national importance.
In addition to his role at KEYIS, Adeel holds several senior advisory positions, including with the Advanced Manufacturing Forum North West, the North West Business Leadership Team, the Greater Manchester Electrochemical Hydrogen Cluster, and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority’s Health & Life Sciences Cluster Board.
Looking ahead
Commenting on his appointment, Adeel said:
“Key Integrated Services are one of the best kept secrets in the industry. The business already has a strong operation and leadership team. My role is to help guide the next stage of growth, support larger and more complex projects, and strengthen our position as a long-term business partner to our customers.”
Adeel’s appointment marks an important milestone for KEYIS as the business continues to expand its capabilities and deliver high-value engineering solutions for customers across the UK.
