As Key Integrated Services marks its 15th anniversary, the company reflects on a journey defined by sustained growth, strong partnerships and a commitment to excellence in delivering critical engineering solutions.
Founded by our CEO, Mark Poulton, the business has grown into a trusted international partner, delivering engineering solutions and supporting the build and maintenance of critical facilities. Our journey has been guided by the principles of our KEYIS Code: Pride, Responsibility and Progress.
Our growth is reflected in our people. More than 60% of our current workforce has joined within the last three years, with 2025 marking our strongest year of recruitment to date — a clear sign of our continued momentum.
Over the past 15 years, we’ve reached a number of important milestones:
- 8% of our workforce now engaged in apprenticeships, supporting the next generation of talent
- Expanded capabilities across high-demand sectors
- The successful organic launch of six new business entities across Europe
These achievements are a testament to the dedication of our people and the continued trust of our clients, partners and supply chain.
