KEYIS strengthens control and automation capability with senior appointment

Key Integrated Services (KEYIS) has appointed Ian McWha as Operations Director for Control & Automation, supporting the continued development of the Group’s specialist engineering capability.

The appointment marks an important step in the establishment of KEYIS’ dedicated Control & Automation division, strengthening the Group’s ability to engineer, build and maintain critical facilities for clients across the Water and Wastewater sector.

Alongside Ian’s appointment, KEYIS has also invested in new manufacturing premises to support the delivery of LV Assemblies, systems integration and automation solutions at scale.

The new facility enhances KEYIS’ ability to manufacture complex Form 4 LV Assemblies up to 6300A, supporting clients with safe, reliable and high-quality engineered solutions for demanding operational environments.

Ian brings extensive experience across the utilities sector, with a strong track record in leadership, strategic growth and the delivery of control and automation projects. In his role, he will lead the development of the new division, working with the wider KEYIS team to expand capability, strengthen delivery and support clients with technically robust solutions.

This investment reflects KEYIS’ continued focus on building the right teams, facilities and specialist capability to support clients across critical infrastructure and high-compliance environments.
