Key Integrated Services secures new contract with South Kesteven District Council
Key Integrated Services (Maintenance) has been awarded a new facilities management contract with South Kesteven District Council (SKDC) following a highly competitive tender process. The contract began on 01 April and represents a significant addition to the business’s growing maintenance portfolio.
The seven-year partnership will see Key Integrated Services deliver a fully integrated solution across SKDC’s corporate estate, including office buildings, leisure centres, sports stadiums and operational depots.
The scope combines planned maintenance, reactive repairs and wider building support services ensuring safe and efficient environments for staff and the community.
This appointment directly reflects our strategic focus: combining strong people, a collaborative culture and robust processes to deliver consistently high quality outcomes.
