Around Noon – Project Brent
This project was carried out for Around Noon as part of their expanding sandwich production facilities in Slough.
KeyIS were the chosen contractor for this project for which we conducted the full turnkey project which included the following:
- Full DNO liaison and agreements
- Full electrical loading and design
- Mains and sub mains electrical installation
- Full lighting installation
- Full small power installation
- Electrical cable installation
- Electric Vehicle Charging Point
- Full security installation including access control, CCTV and intruder alarm
- Full fire alarm installation
- Full data installation
Due to the ever-evolving design brief, our flexible approach proved crucial in achieving the correct solution for the client.
The open nature of the ceiling with its exposed ventilation services challenged us to come up with a bespoke lighting design that maintained functionality whilst remaining sympathetic to the building aesthetics.
Various meetings took place with Around Noon and the site staff. Detailed drawings were produced, and it was agreed for the site engineers to amend the existing installation to suit the new requirements.
KeyIS successfully installed and delivered a fully operational sandwich making facility to the timescales required for Around Noon to move into.
The new Office and NPD Suite with its industrial look has a sleek modern feel.
