Client Profile
Johnson Matthey were looking to appoint a maintenance service provider with a proven track record in maintaining assets within a cleanroom/laboratory environment. As part of their objectives they also wanted a service provider that could support them, not just from a maintenance perspective but with a project design, installation and commissioning capability.
Contract Overview
The planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services we provide include:
• Boilers
• Steam plant rooms
• Chillers
• Generator maintenance
• UPS backup services
• Gas detection installations and maintenance
• Specialist project work including laboratory re-fit
• Installation of electrical power and distribution
• Minor building fabric maintenance
• Statutory inspection and testing
• Reactive and emergency repairs
At KeyIS, we have appointed a number of our engineering maintenance operatives who have developed a strong understanding of the building’s environment allowing them to provide speed of response and first-hand knowledge of the critical assets.
KeyIS were appointed on our ability to deliver, with our in-house teams, both mechanical and electrical project and maintenance services.
Another reason why KeyIS were appointed, was our ability to ensure that the downtime across the three operating plants is kept to an absolute minimum. Our experience in advanced maintenance planning is therefore essential to ensure minimal disruption and maximum uptime of assets
