Associated Print, which is part of the Daily Mail Group (DMG), are one of the largest national, regional, and local multimedia organisations in the UK. They provide news and information services to communities through their portfolio of hundreds of publications and websites.

This £60m facility was built by Johnston Press on the site of the former Dinnington colliery and is said to be one of the fastest presses in the world, with a capacity of 120,000 full-colour newspapers an hour.
Contract Overview
KeyIS were awarded the contract to provide the Mechanical & Electrical Services in 2017.

As the facility is operational 24 hours a day, to ensure minimal disruption and maximum uptime of assets, Key Integrated Services assigned a number of engineering maintenance operatives who have a strong understanding of the building’s environment allowing them to provide speed of response and first-hand knowledge of the critical assets.
It is imperative that the critical HVAC assets are maintained to ensure the comfort levels are maintained for the employees 24/7/365 days per annum, whilst ensuring no impact or detriment to the production and distribution facilities.
The provision of a 24/7/365 proactive maintenance service for our client and the building users and the provision of a bespoke maintenance solution to ensure the smooth running of the building, allowing DMG’s staff to produce and distribute the daily publishings.
